This article will provide general guidance on using the Atari Dex page.

The Atari Decentralize Exchange or Atari Dex, will be a medium for users to swap between different pairs of tokens; currently allowing ATRI, ETH and FTM
- First step is to connect your MetaMask wallet by clicking the ‘Connect’ button found on the top right of the screen
⋆ The browser will need MetaMask extensions as required
- Once connected to the MetaMask wallet, the ‘Available Balance’ section will show current cryptocurrency available. The default pair shown will be ETH/ATRI
- To swap from one cryptocurrency to another, you need to select the desired pair between those available; ETH, ATRI and FTM
- Select the ‘Amount’ desired to swap in one of the selected cryptos. The system will calculate the ‘Amount’ that will be received or needed in the other currency. The gas fee, which is linked to the Ethereum network, needs to be paid in ETH, no matter which crypto is selected
- To reverse the paring, click the arrow button found between the two currency blocks
- A pop-up window will appear to complete the transaction in your MetaMask wallet to either ‘Reject’ or ‘Confirm’ the transaction
- After confirming it, if the gas fee were paid correctly, it will show the balance of the cryptocurrency wanted in the swap inside the MetaMask wallet
